Halfway and Life Update

Life has been a little bit rough the last few weeks. But positive note, today marks Chemo 3 and I'm officially half way!

Not all chemo related, it's sick kids and myself getting a cold which just didn't want to go away (thanks to chemo for no immune system).

I did have a little set back last week, which gave me a brief visit to hospital for pain relief, but thankfully it did not delay chemo today.

I dont feel super great tonight while I'm in bed writing this. My night actually became a bit brighter as I had an old friend reach out today. She came across my blog through someone else, who I don't know that was reading my blog and she had showed it to her. Once this friend realsied she knew me, she reached out and shared her cancer journey. I found it really comforting that if sharing or documenting my experience is helpful or relatable in some way. Thanks for reaching out, you reminded me why I chose to start this blog🙏🏻💜
